Pat and Diana have been farming for more than 30 years. Pat took over the farm in 1985 and is the fourth generation of his family to operate the farm in western Minnesota’s Wilkin County. The farm is a small grain and row crop operation with a mix of wheat, barley, soybeans, corn and sugarbeets. Over the years the farm has produced eleven different crops.
Pat currently serves on the Minn-Dak Farmer’s Cooperative Board of Directors and the American Sugar Beet Growers Association Board. He also serves as the Nordick Township Treasurer and in the same position for the Wilkin County Agricultural Society. Pat enjoys running marathons and officiates basketball games.
Diana is a member of the Southern Valley Early Childhood Collaborative, volunteers as a Master Gardener and is a member of the Pretty Bloomers Garden Club. She has also served on the Richland-Wilkin United Way Board. Diana enjoys nature photography and gardening.
Pat and Diana have two children: Brent and Nicole.
