Boll Farm Incorporated
Mark and Bethann are the fourth generation of Bolls to operate the farm just outside of Maple Plain in Hennepin County. The farm was first purchased in 1892 by Mark’s great grandparents, Joseph and Elizabeth Boll. Mark and Bethann purchased the farm in 1987 from Mark’s parents.
For over a century the Boll families had milked cows—today Mark and Bethann raise steers and crop farm about 600 acres of corn, soybeans and hay.
The Boll’s daughters, Brittany, Megan, Kaitlan and Miranda have all helped over the years on the farm with raising calves, unloading hay, field work and other farm chores. Their daughters have been involved in FFA throughout their high school years. The Bolls have been very supportive of the FFA and FFA fundraising activities.
