Jeff and Brenda Kirk
Jeff and Brenda moved to Tyler in 1995 where they farm and raise cattle. Today they farm 460 acres which consist of corn, soybeans, alfalfa, and pasture. In addition, they also have 30 stock cows and calves and have horses. Off the farm, Jeff is a Production Supervisor at Schwan’s and Brenda is a Senior Account Executive at US Bank, both working full-time in Marshall, MN. Jeff and Brenda have two sons, Wyatt and Westin. Both boys enjoy helping with fieldwork and chores.
In the community, the Kirk family is involved with the Marshfield 4-H Club. Brenda is a co-leader and Wyatt and Westin are involved with the 4-H Horse Project and community service projects. The Kirks are also members of Danebod Lutheran Church. Wyatt and Westin are both involved with SWTRA and WSCA Horse Clubs where they participate in many horse shows throughout the summer and fall. The boys attend RTR where Wyatt is a sophomore in high school and is involved with basketball and FFA. Westin will be in 8th grade at the middle school and is involved with football, basketball, baseball, and the Student Council where he holds the office of President.
