Schulze Dairy of Pipestone, MN began with only 30 milk cows and 300 acres of corn, beans, and alfalfa. Today it has 350 milking cows and 700 acres of corn and alfalfa. Rod and Linda are in the process of going into a partnership with their son Devin who has farmed with them for 5 years. Devin is married to Becca and they have a new infant named Collin. Besides Devin, Rod and Linda have two others son. Son Dean is an electrician in Sioux Falls, SD and is married to Kristina. They have a child named Zachary. Rod and Linda’s youngest son Christopher is a senior at RTR High School.
The Schulze’s are involved with the Holland Fire Department and Holland First Responders. They are also active in 4-H, FFA, Land O’ Lakes Board, American Dairy Association, MN DHIA, Southwest MN Dairy Profitability Group, and their local church.
