
|  |   | Wright County Greg and Mary purchased their vegetable operation in 1992 and have since been working on crop rotations that improve yield, soil fertility and quality. In 1994 the farm was certified organic and their crops are now sold to natural food coops and restaurants within the Twin Cities.
The Reynolds believe that sustainability and energy-efficiency in agriculture are very important. Greg and Mary are involved in the Sustainable Farming Association, Farmer’s Union, the Land Stewardship Project, the Local Fair Trade Network, and the Minnesota Garlic Festival.
