Greg and Sue Harguth & Anne and Jacob Harguth Greg and Sue Harguth are continuing the family tradition of farming in Waseca, MN. They farm with Greg’s brother, Matt Harguth. The brothers take pride milking in the very same barn as their father, Joe did. Greg and Matt are milking 60 cows and are hoping to increase their herd to 80 milking cows. In addition to the dairy operation, they have a 200 head beef feedlot that is located on the Anna and John Harguth homestead which was founded in 1902. Greg and Matt also have 700 acres of corn and when time allows they do some custom bailing and tillage jobs. Greg and Sue have three children: Adam (Anne), Megan, and Jennifer. Adam and Anne have one son, Jacob. The whole family has been involved with 4-H and FFA in one way or another. Greg and Sue are serving their third year on the Waseca County American Dairy Association board of directors. Their daughter Jennifer served three years as the Waseca County Dairy Princess. The family is also active in the Sacred Heart Church of Waseca. | ||||||||||||||
