Located in Janesville, Minnesota, Chuck and Kris own and operate a third-generation dairy farm where their family raises crops and milks 40 cows every day. Crops raised on this farm include corn, soybeans and alfalfa. The family has an assortment of nontraditional farm animals, including llamas, mini horses, a mini donkey, a potbellied pig, and an emu to name a few. On the farm, Chuck is the primary manager, milker and herdsman while Kris and the kids help with feeding the cows, calves and baling hay.

Chuck and Kris have been involved by serving on various boards including the Dairy Herd Improvement Association, Farm Bureau, American Dairy Association and the local school. The two started farm safety day for 5th graders ten years ago and currently serve as adult leaders for the Janesville Jacks-n-Jills 4-H Club.
