The Jeurissen farm is located in Shakopee, Minnesota, where Rick and his father, Bernard have farmed since 1987, milking 60 cows and running 350 acres. The family prides itself in raising its own calves, heifers and dairy steers. On the farm, Rick is in charge of milking the cows and doing the fieldwork while his father helps whereever he is able. Mindy is busy taking care of calves and helping with barn chores whenever she can. Their daughter, Genna helps with older calves, is active in 4-H and currently serves as the Le Sueur County Dairy Maid.
