Roger and Donna Potter of Redwood Falls, Minnesota are a third-generation farm family on their diversified operation. In 1974, the Potters converted the Shorthorn operation that had been established by Roger’s grandfather into a purebred Limousin operation. The family raises their herd and sells registered bulls, cows and heifers to other purebred breeders, feedstock producers and commercial cattlemen.
Roger has served many roles in the beef industry around Redwood County and Minnesota. He is currently on the Minnesota and North American Limousin Association Board, and judged 4-H and open beef shows at fairs. Donna has been a Redwood County 4-H Horse Show project leader and superintendent for many years. All of their children have been very active in 4-H, FFA and open shows.
