Bryon and Kristy Kittleson Family Bryon and Kristy farm the same land that was owned and operated by Kristy’s great grandfather. The land has been in the family for 97 years. Kristy is the fourth generation of the family to live on and operate the farm. Bryon and Kristy Kittleson presently employ conservation tillage in their cash grain operation and have pioneered twin-row planting techniques in Martin County. Bryon and Kristy have also been producing seed soybean stock for a large seed corporation for over 10 years. They have designed, built, and customized some of the equipment used in their farming operation. Bryon and Kristy also own and operate their own family business ‘Circle K Technology, Inc.’ This business sells, designs, builds, installs, and services electriconic on-farm scales and weighing systems. Bryon and Kristy have 3 children: Travis (Dionne), Katrina, and Holly. Bryon has been on the Martin County Extension Committee and Regional Advisory Committee. The family is active in St. Lukes Catholic Church in Sherburne, MN. They are also members of the ‘Bee Kays Band,’ a country music family group based out of Martin County. In previous years, the Kittleson family has been awarded at the Minnesota Inventors Congress and has been given the “Friend of the Pork Industry” award in Martin County. | ||||||||||||||
