The Becker family farm was founded in 1920 and has spanned five generations. In 1995 the family became incorporated and is now known as LB Pork, Inc. This hog enterprise produces nearly 30,000 market hogs and receives 20,000 isoweans from a sow co-op that they co-own. The family runs 1,500 acres of corn and soybeans. LB Pork Inc. hires five full-time workers and 6 to 8 foreign student trainees.

Larry and Linda Becker are past vice-president and president of the Martin County Pork Producers Association and have held leadership positions on the state level as well. Their son, Lynn, who is the pork production manager of the operation, is the current Minnesota Pork Board President. Lynn and his wife Julie are both past presidents of the county pork producers. Their son, Lonny, is the wean-to-finish manager and assistant crop manager. His wife Lynn is an office assistant to the operation.
