Chad and DiAnne Biss After graduating from college, Chad came home to start farming with his parents in Wendell, MN. 6 years later, he moved onto the farm. He and his family have farmed there since with the current operation producing corn, wheat, soybeans, and navy beans. It is on about 3,000 acres. Chad’s family, with the help of his father, Wayne and one hired help work on the farm. Chad is active in the community as he is a board member of Elbow Lake Coop Grain. He is also the Grant County Township Association Secretary, Treasurer, Vice Chairman of Wendell Farmers Elevator, the Fire Chief of Wendell Fire & First Responders, a board member of West Central Area Schools, Supervisor of Elbow Lake Township, and a member of the Grant County Farm Bureau. | |||||||||||||
