The Shir-Man Farm, owned by the Fingerson family, is a 90 cow Registered Holstein farm found in Fountain, Minnesota. Tillman and Shirley started this farm in 1958 and were joined by their daughter, Stacy and son-in-law, Todd in 1995. Alongside their dairy, Shir-Man Farm runs 360 acres of corn, alfalfa, oats and soybeans.
Tillman and Shirley have five children who were very active in 4-H, FFA and the Minnesota Holstein Association. It was here that they developed a love for showing. The Fingersons have been a host family for several trainees through the MAST program, where they were given the opportunity to learn about cultures including Australia, France, Hungary, England, and India.
